Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NirjiX Corporation ("NirjiX", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit www.nirjix.com, use our assessments, calculators and decision tools, correspond with us, or engage us for advisory work.

Where NirjiX processes personal data on behalf of a client as part of a consulting engagement, the client is the controller of that data and its own privacy notice and our engagement contract govern the processing. This policy governs the data for which NirjiX itself decides the purpose and means.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Information you give us. Name, business email, telephone number, company, role, country and the content of any message you submit through contact forms, enquiry forms, booking requests or WhatsApp.
• Assessment and tool inputs. The responses, assumptions and scenario parameters you enter into our AI readiness assessment, GCC business case, blueprint builder, cost and NPV models, and related tools, together with the outputs generated for you.
• Engagement data. Correspondence, meeting notes, deliverables and commercial records created while scoping or delivering advisory work.
• Transaction data. Where you purchase a paid service, order details and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not collected or stored by NirjiX.
• Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent choices.

We do not seek special-category data (such as health, biometric, religious or political data) and ask that you do not submit it through our forms or tools.

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and scheduling conversations.
• Generating, delivering and explaining assessment results, business cases, blueprints and scopes of work you request.
• Negotiating, entering into and performing consulting engagements.
• Sending relevant advisory material and updates where you have asked for them or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting a business contact, always with an unsubscribe option.
• Operating, securing, debugging and improving the site and tools, including aggregate analytics.
• Meeting accounting, tax, contractual and other legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims.

Depending on your location, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing where consent is required); compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in running, promoting and protecting a business-to-business advisory practice, balanced against your rights.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

We disclose personal data only in the situations below:

• Service providers. Vendors acting on our instructions under contract — cloud hosting and database services, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, analytics and consent management — and only to the extent needed for their function.
• Group companies. Affiliates within the Nirji Ventures group where they support delivery, administration or client relationships.
• Professional advisers. Auditors, lawyers, accountants and insurers bound by duties of confidentiality.
• Legal and safety. Regulators, courts or law enforcement where disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
• Corporate transactions. A counterparty in a merger, acquisition, financing or reorganisation, subject to confidentiality protections and continuity of this policy.

Subcontractors engaged for a client project are disclosed and approved under the relevant engagement contract.

NirjiX is headquartered in Japan and works across Japan, India, the United States, Europe, Korea, China and the Middle East. Personal data may therefore be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own.

Where we transfer personal data out of a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism — for example an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent — together with contractual confidentiality and security commitments from the recipient.

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it. Our working retention periods are:

• Enquiries that do not progress: up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact.
• Assessment and tool submissions: up to 24 months, so results can be revisited and compared, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client engagement records: for the term of the engagement and typically seven years afterwards, or longer where a contract, professional obligation or limitation period requires it.
• Financial and tax records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
• Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe or object, plus a suppression record so we can honour that choice.
• Analytics and log data: generally up to 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

We apply administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit, access controls and role-based permissions on our systems, restricted administrative access to submission records, and vendor due diligence.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive client material through website forms, WhatsApp or ordinary email; we will agree a secure channel with you for engagement material.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and — where you consent — analytics and preference cookies that help us understand how pages and tools are used. You can accept, reject or change your selection at any time through the cookie preferences control on the site, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not restrict access to any content on this site.

Subject to your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of data we no longer need to keep.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Request portability of data you provided to us.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity, respond within the period required by applicable law, and tell you if an exemption prevents us from acting on part of a request.

NirjiX provides business-to-business advisory services. Our site and tools are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to third-party resources, including LinkedIn, YouTube and scheduling and payment providers. Their own privacy notices govern any data you provide to them, and NirjiX is not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and, where required, notified to you directly.
