What NirjiX is
What does NirjiX do?+
NirjiX is a value consulting and business-services firm. We work across process and operational excellence, AI adoption, profitability and margin improvement, growth and financial performance — and we price the work on measurable outcomes rather than billable hours.
# Link to this answerHow is NirjiX different from a traditional consulting firm?+
Three differences. The work is done by senior operators who have run the functions being changed, not by a pyramid of analysts. The commercial model is tied to value — margin, cost and throughput — with milestone gates and gain-share options. And AI is built into delivery from day one rather than sold as a separate practice.
# Link to this answerIs NirjiX a consulting firm or a services firm?+
Both, deliberately. We diagnose the value opportunity as a consulting firm and then, where the client wants it, run the function or workstream as a managed delivery service against agreed KPIs. The same team owns the recommendation and the result.

Aditya Joshi, President & COO, leads the firm. NirjiX is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and is part of Nirji Ventures.

How does NirjiX charge?+
Fees are tied to measurable value — margin, cost and throughput — with milestone gates and gain-share options instead of billable hours. Diagnostic sprints are fixed fee, so you know the cost of the decision before you commit to the programme.
# Link to this answerWhat does outcome-based pricing mean in practice?+
We agree a value baseline before work starts, define how improvement will be measured, and link a portion of the fee to hitting it. Where the baseline cannot be measured credibly, we say so and price the engagement as a fixed fee instead of inventing a metric.
# Link to this answerWhat is the fastest way to start working with NirjiX?+
A fixed-fee diagnostic sprint — AI Productivity, Margin Improvement, or India Capability / GCC — typically two to three weeks, ending in a decision-ready output with owners, values and a sequenced plan.
# Link to this answerWhat happens if a sprint finds no value worth pursuing?+
It says so. A sprint that concludes the opportunity is smaller than the cost of chasing it is a valid and useful result, and we would rather deliver that than sell a programme that will not pay for itself.

What is the AI Productivity Sprint?+
A two to three week fixed-fee sprint that identifies 5–10 high-value AI use cases across operations, finance, service, engineering and HR, each scored for ROI, risk and data readiness, with a 90-day implementation sequence.
# Link to this answerWhat is the Margin Improvement Sprint?+
A three to four week sprint that quantifies practical EBITDA, cost and throughput levers across process waste, procurement, workforce design, automation and offshore delivery, with an owner and a value per lever.
# Link to this answerWhat is the India Capability / GCC Diagnostic?+
A three to five week sprint that tests whether selected functions should be redesigned in India — comparing build, operate-transfer and partner models on cost, scale, governance and time to stand up.
# Link to this answerWhat is PE Portfolio Value Creation?+
Operational due diligence, 100-day quick wins, hold-period improvement and exit readiness for private equity portfolios, run either per asset or as a repeatable portfolio-level programme with a shared lever library.
# Link to this answerRegions and delivery
Where does NirjiX operate?+
Home regions are the United States, Japan, India and South-East Asia, with client coverage extending across 30+ countries. Headquarters are in Tokyo, Japan.
# Link to this answerWhat is the four-region operator model?+
The United States carries demand, capital and board-level sponsorship. Japan carries headquarters governance and quality discipline. India is the execution engine for capability, capacity and cost. South-East Asia covers diversification, supply chain and China+1. Senior operators hold each leg, so the team that frames the outcome is accountable for delivering it.
# Link to this answerWhy does India sit at the centre of delivery?+
India provides the capability centres, engineering and manufacturing depth and the talent engine behind every engagement — which is what makes outcome-based pricing viable at scale rather than a slogan.
# Link to this answerWhich industries and functions does NirjiX cover?+
Industries: manufacturing and SME, BFSI, healthcare and life sciences, technology and AI, retail and consumer, semiconductor and electronics, automotive and EV. Functions: strategy, digital and DX, AI and data, operations, finance and BPO, HR and talent.

What engagement models does NirjiX offer?+
Four. Diagnostic Sprint — fixed fee, two to three weeks, decision-ready output. Transformation Programme — multi-workstream delivery against a value baseline. Managed Delivery — NirjiX runs the function or workstream to agreed KPIs. Fractional Leadership — a senior operator embedded part-time in the client's team.
# Link to this answerCan a sprint convert into a delivery programme?+
Yes, and most do. The sprint output is deliberately built as a delivery plan — owners, sequence, dependencies and value per action — so the programme starts from the same baseline rather than a fresh discovery phase.
# Link to this answerCan NirjiX run a function permanently?+
Under Managed Delivery, yes. We operate the function or workstream against agreed KPIs, with the option to transfer it back to the client's team once it is stable.
