The AI consulting portal — questions answered

A free scored readiness diagnostic, a preliminary AI plan, a draft scope of work and a paid advisor session — how each step works and what it is not.

How the AI assessment, AI plan, draft SOW and expert booking work.

The AI consulting portal

What is the NirjiX AI assessment?+

A structured diagnostic across ten dimensions — business goals, opportunity clarity, deployment focus, technology readiness, build versus rent, workforce, governance and risk, execution capability, measurement and business case. It takes eight to twelve minutes and returns a scored readiness report with strengths, exposures and priority actions.

Is the assessment free, and do I have to speak to a salesperson?+

It is free and self-serve. You complete it in the browser, the report is generated immediately, and a copy is emailed to you. Nobody calls unless you ask to speak to an advisor.

Is the readiness score consulting advice?+

No. The score, the AI plan and the draft scope of work are preliminary outputs generated from your own answers. They are designed to make a board conversation possible and are explicitly subject to advisor validation before any commitment.

How is the AI plan different from the assessment?+

The assessment tells you where you stand. The AI plan turns that into a sequenced, costed direction — use cases, deployment approach, technology posture, workforce implications, governance and a phased roadmap. It is prefilled from your assessment when one exists.

What is the draft scope of work for?+

It converts the plan into selectable workstreams with indicative duration and a commercial range, so procurement and finance can see the shape of the engagement before a proposal is written.

Are the questions the same for every industry?+

No. After you select your sector the diagnostic adds sector-specific questions — model risk in financial services, clinical sign-off in healthcare, OT data quality in manufacturing, inference unit economics in software, content rights in retail, and IP containment in semiconductor.

What happens to the data I enter?+

It is stored against your session so you can return and finish later, and it is used to prepare your report and any advisor conversation you request. It is not sold or shared, and administrative access is restricted.

What does an expert consultation cost?+

Consultation types, durations and fees are published on the booking page and can change; payment is taken securely at booking and the session is confirmed by email immediately afterwards.

Can I bring my assessment, plan and SOW to the consultation?+

Yes — that is the intended path. Anything you generate in the portal is attached to your record, so the advisor starts from your answers rather than a blank discovery call.
